Notes from Grace's "mom":   Grace lives here at my farm now.  I've had some terrible luck this year...and hate to do this, but had asked about finding Grace a new home.  ....  She is a very sweet girl, the most beautiful eyes you've ever seen.  I sure wish I knew what she has been through, she is a bit nervous at first, but once you touch her and talk to her she is very good.  She tries to avoid you at first, then when you start petting her and scratching her itchy spots she warms right up and loves it.  She's very pretty, a bit on the chubby side but just beautiful.  ...they had to cut most of her tail hair off because it was so matted, and it isn't growing back much yet.  She's very mellow, hangs out eating and enjoying life.  She will gallop around and kick and buck on occasion too- usually when she's in heat (lol).  She has good manners and is respectful.  I have not really tried to "do" anything with her.  I have other young horses that I'm starting and had planned on just letting Grace be a big pet.  I would bet she was harness broke though not broke for riding.  She has been dewormed and had her hooves trimmed every 8-9 weeks, and had her FluVac 5 in March.  Very healthy- no problems at all.  I have just been a bit overwhelmed with bad luck, and have sold 1/2 of my horses already .....    Grace is just fine with dogs, cats and goats...and when you holler "Gracieeeee" she will come running- cause that's what I always do for meal and treat times  :)  Good for the farrier- no stocks used, and just fine for all routine handling too.  ... I will miss her, I really look forward to seeing her sweet face...but I know you will find the best home for her...........
