Halter-trained, leads, ties, loads, stands for fly-spray and baths
Very, very friendly, calm and laid back
Spent 2 weeks with a trainer just recently for basics & ground-driving
Ground-driven, bridled, stood for saddle-pad, had weight on his back
Healthy & sound
Located in KS
Note from the trainer 06/2008: Nice Gelding. Would make a good riding or driving prospect. Easy to bridle. Stands for saddle pad. Doesn't neck rein, but responds great to plow reining. Flashy look. This guy loves attention. Stands good for ferrier. Stands tied. Trailers good.
Note from someone who met Mirco on 7/19/2008: As a recent visitor to Mirco's home I would like to say the following: There were four beautiful drafts that very calmly approached us and one cute little Annie (horse). All of these horses were anxious for the treats we had. They all were very polite. However, one in particular stood out and that was Mirco. Mirco may not be flashy in color but definitely caught my eye with his calm laid back attitude. He was very careful to not push around you and more so just wanted to be with you. I hugged on Mirco kissed his nose and just gave him lots of affection. I received nothing but gratitude in response. When the others left because there were no more treats Mirco stayed right there with us until we left. His trainer picked up his feet easily and he stood like a champ. If you are looking for substance this is your horse. If you are looking for a horse that appreciates whatever you do for him and will gracefully give back the same, this is your horse. I would take Mirco in a heartbeat but my situation right now has changed and this is not possible. I can see Mirco not taking much at all to be a good all round horse with good ground manners. If you don't take a good look at this horse you are missing out! Cheryl, AR
